🔧 Hose Build Capabilities
We manufacture custom hydraulic hose assemblies for breakout equipment, hydraulic presses, forklifts, and general industrial applications where dependable pressure performance and clean routing are critical.
Our assemblies are built using Gates M3K (SAE 100R17 equivalent) two-wire braided hose rated at 3,250 PSI working pressure, and Gates CR2 two-wire braided hose rated up to 4,800 PSI working pressure. For most industrial builds, our assemblies commonly support working pressures up to 4,800 PSI, depending on hose type and configuration.
- Cut to precise length based on application routing
- Configured for proper end angle and clearance
- Crimped using a Gates GC-20 hydraulic crimper
- Verified against official Gates crimp specification charts
Our focus is not just assembling a hose — it is ensuring the assembly performs reliably under real operating conditions.

📦 Common Hose Sizes We Build
We most frequently build 3/8″, 1/2″, and 3/4″ two-wire braided hydraulic hose assemblies for industrial hydraulic systems. These sizes are commonly used in breakout machines, hydraulic presses, forklifts, and high-load circuits where balanced flow, pressure stability, and reliable field serviceability are required.
While these are our most common configurations, we can evaluate additional sizes or specialty configurations based on hose type and fitting availability.

🔩 JIC Hose Ends
We commonly crimp JIC hydraulic hose ends on both ends of the assembly. JIC fittings are widely used in industrial hydraulic systems due to their reliability, serviceability, and secure metal-to-metal sealing design.
- Straight JIC ends
- 45° JIC ends
- 90° JIC ends
End angles are selected based on routing requirements to reduce strain, minimize hose twist, and prevent premature wear. If you’re unsure of your fitting type, send photos of both hose ends and we’ll help identify the correct configuration.

🧾 Hose Assembly Process
Our hose assembly process follows a consistent and controlled workflow to support dependable performance and clean installation.
- Specification Review — Hose size, working pressure requirement, end configuration, and routing constraints are confirmed.
- Cut & Preparation — Hose is cut to required tip-to-tip length and prepared for fitting installation.
- Crimping (Gates GC-20 System) — Fittings are crimped using the Gates GC-20 hydraulic crimper according to manufacturer crimp specifications.
- Dimensional Verification — Each crimp diameter is measured using a digital caliper and compared directly to the official Gates crimp specification chart to ensure proper compression and retention.
- Final Inspection — Visual inspection for alignment, cleanliness, and overall assembly quality.
Pressure testing is available upon request for applications requiring documented verification.
🎥 Watch a Hose End Being Crimped
The following video shows a hydraulic hose end being crimped using our Gates GC-20 system. This demonstrates the controlled compression process used to secure fittings to hose assemblies for dependable field performance.
For applications involving high cycle rates, elevated pressure ranges, or demanding hydraulic loads, additional review of hose selection and fitting configuration may be recommended.
