Description
The two-bolt flange bearing is used in the tailstock assembly to support the idler sprocket shafts within the chain drive system. Each tailstock utilizes four flange bearing units mounted in pairs to support two idler shafts.
The idler shafts pass through the bearing inserts and carry idler sprockets that guide and tension the 60-series roller chain used in the tailstock drive mechanism. The bearing units provide stable radial shaft support while allowing smooth rotational movement under chain loading conditions.
The two-bolt flange housing allows secure mounting to the tailstock frame and simplifies alignment during installation and service.
