Suspension Wheel Bearing

Description

Sealed deep groove ball bearing used in suspension wheels to provide smooth rotation and load support within the suspension cassette assembly.

The deep groove ball bearing is used in the suspension wheel assemblies within the suspension cassette system. Each suspension wheel is designed to accept two bearings — one installed from each side of the wheel bore — to provide stable rotational support and load capacity under tailstock travel conditions.

The wheel bore includes a machined snap ring groove to provide positive axial retention of each installed bearing. Snap rings are installed after bearing insertion to prevent bearing walkout during repeated load and travel cycles.
